I figured it was a business notebook by the hardware ID's...

Below are the links to the drivers you need:

If you have not done so already, install this driver first and reboot.

Network Controller: Do this one next so you can download the rest directly from the PC.

Ethernet Controller:

Base System Device:  This driver will install all of them.

Hi:

What is the full model number of your notebook?

If you do not know, please use this guide for how to find that information.

Hi:

I do not know anything about how to make a system image or what WSIM is.

If you need to know how to do that, I suggest you post your question on the HP Business Support Forum -- Probook notebooks section.

All I know are those are the drivers you need for the hardware ID's you posted.

Thanks. I just wanted to know if you need to install drivers step by step or I just could install which one I want.

HP Recommended

The universally recommended order of driver installation is normally to install these drivers in the order I post them and reboot after each installation.

1. Intel chipset installation utility

2. Graphics driver

3. Audio driver

4. Ethernet driver

Then you can install any of the rest in any order you prefer.
