Bluetooth problem

Good Morning sir

I have pavilion dm4 laptop.Its bluetooth is not working since 2 months.It is not able to add any device as well as not able to search any device.I am facing many problems regarding this issue.Please help

Hi,

 

Please try these steps (for windows 7)

 

  1. Start 
  2. services.msc (in the box)

 

You should see a list of services on your machine. Check BT service and turn it ON

Sir,other problem arrises.other laptop is not able to search my laptop.Even it is also not able to search bluetooth mobile.through my laptop data is sent but it can not receive any data from other laptop and mobile.

Dear Sir,

 

in order not to make a new topic I want to ask you here about solving my issue.

I have a problem with driver for GENRIC BLUETOOTH ADAPTER.

in the list of devices it is merkd with a excaliming sign and the code of the error is 43.

I tried to reinstall the driver, but it doesn't work.

my operation system is win 7 pro (russian) I had befor English version and this driver worked properly. do you have any suggestions how I can solve the matter?
