Can I install Windows 8 Developer Preview?

There's a developer preview of Windows 8 form Microsoft out. And I want to know if I can install it on my Pavilion dv6-2170ee. Will is work? Will the driver's work? I've heard it's supposed to support drivers and programs for Windows 7.
