Digital Persona Software

When I try and login to websites with my fingerprint reader, all it does is open up the menu instead of logging in.  How can I fix this?

First download and install the latest version of Digital Persona software depending on the operating system.
If the issue persists, freshly configure all the logons using the procedure mentioned in the following weblink:
