Driver issues

Hey I have two driver issues. Have just installed a SSD on my HP Elitebook 2560p and it's giving me

 

Base System Device

PCI\VEN_197B&DEV_2392&SUBSYS_162B103C&REV_30
PCI\VEN_197B&DEV_2392&SUBSYS_162B103C
PCI\VEN_197B&DEV_2392&CC_088000
PCI\VEN_197B&DEV_2392&CC_0880

 

and PCI Serial Port

PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1C3D&SUBSYS_162B103C

Can someone please help

The first one is the card reader driver.
