EE050014: File access error.

i have HP pro 4530s. when i start my system i get an error "File access error" before booting windows. I only can enter. After pressing enter the system hangs. I have searched for the solution to this problem and i have found that this error is due to Drive Encryption for HP ProtectTools. Can anyone help me to fix that problem???
