File\boot\memtest.exe application is missing or corrupt

I could nOt boot my vista cq60 notebook than done a recovery disk got it to boot but not repair I get this error status 0xc000000f
File\boot\memtest.exe the selected entry could not be loaded because the application is missing or corrupt. Don't have installation disks n the recovery disk Only boots. Me into windows start up
