Function Keys

I have a problem with my function keys, i brought a hp laptop with windows 7 already installed. When i press a f-key a function already attached to that funtion key starts for example F1 opens Help and Support window. I dont want any of my functions keys to do anything at all, i just want them to what i want when i want. I have already disabled them in bios but whenever i use a program that activates a f-key without me pressing it, it still opens Support and Help window. I just want no programs, functions or anything to happen when the function keys are activated, can anyone please help me its driving me up the wall!?

You can try using third party key remapping tools. Please try one such software from the following weblink:
