HP Support Assistant

Hi, I am trying to update HP Support Assistant but its not working at all, there is red sign of ! , my HP laptop is out of warranty, is this problem because of out of warranty and i cannot download lattest version or any problem?

HPSA will work when out of warranty, see if you can download it from the link below.

Thanks for your reply. I tried to download it, but it say the file already exist. But i cannot found it during search programmes and files.
