HP Support Assistant

I am having a problem with support asst.  - when I open it the program gets stuck on "Gathering Information".  What can I do to make this program work???  The computer I have is  -    dv6-1378nr

What version of HP Support Assisant are you using?  The latest version is 4.3.1.2.

I am having the same problem as well. Sorry I didn't have an answer though. I just started having this problem during the month of March. Who can help?
