Installation Problem C7280

After many hours of installing and reinstalling the software with information and possible solutions from the HP technical support, still when I get to the very end of the installation a fatal error occurs. OS Win XP service pack 3 also this is the second HP All-In-One this has happen with. I f someone has the solution to this problem please let me know.
