I have three different HP computers - an HP TouchSmart IO507, a brand new HP Pavillion e9107 desktop, and a HDX18t laptop. All three have some variant of the HP MediaSmart software installed, and from all three systems, we are unable to print photos to a photo size (and our printer is an HP Photosmart C7280.)
Here's what happens within the MediaSmart software from the different machines:
Touchsmart: Click "Print Photos" when in the photo gallery. Select the photos. It shows letter size, no ability to change this. Click "Print", it sends direct to printer.
Pavillion and HDX: Click "Print Photos" when in gallery, select photos. Can select options for sizing and zoom, but cannot select paper size. BUT, if I select a photo individually, then click print, I can change the paper size.
So, is there a way in the TouchSmart to be able to select the paper size when printing photos? What about from the Pavillion/HDX if I want to do multiple photo prints?
FYI, all systems are fully updated as of this morning with both Windows updates AND HP updates.
