I have a problem. Where can I download software for MediaSmart?

I don't have backup

My laptop: HP Pavilion 3550eg

I seen that software too, but didn't post it because I read the post wrong and thought it was backup software that was needed ... lol

Please reply if that software works !

Are you talking about the MediaSmart server?  And you lost your original install disks?  And you reformatted or changed your OS on your computer and now you can't connect?  Looks like you will have to call HP tech assist to see about buying a new set of disks as they don't offer the software as a download.  The techs might know where you can download the software, but I am pretty sure since mine came with 3 different disks that they won't be able to offer you that option.  Good luck if this is your scenario!!

No, I don't have a MediaSmart server. My nootbook have installed software like Quickplay, but for computer with MediaSmart Smart keys. I don't know how this software call but I need this. To my new notebook was added only instructions that drivers and software are on internet.

sounds like you need the Quick Launch Button Software (SP40139) for your notebook, like for the PLAY, STOP, VOLUME UP/DOWN, etc...

     I'm new here. And I want to know if anyone here knew where I can download HP mediasmart suite? Because I have a laptop (Windows 7- HP G60-519WM). And it has a built-in webcam. But I can't use it. And I have to download HP mediasmart suite. I look forward for you help. Thanks.
