New Computer - Redirect Virus

Brand new computer, second in a week and again, as soon as i set up Norton 360 and open IE I get a redirect. This is the 2nd computer and I am beginning to think they came that way. Any ideas? Any one else have this problem?

 

  HP G72  bought at Staples.

I uninstalled Norton on my new G62, then installed MSE, its free and 10 times better than Norton.
