PCI Simple Communications Controller error

I have a new g6 1201tx

I installed windows 7 ultimate and the driver is not found

please help

Since your model notebook does not have an internal POTS modem, I recommend installing the IDT HD Audio driver

Try uninstalling the device in Device Manager. The OS should respond.

I did that and upon restarting the same thing again it tries to install but doesnt find any compatible drivers online as well.

How about posting the hardware ids from the Device manager

Device Manager--> PCI simple commounications device -->properties -->details tab and then slect hardware ids from the properties dropdown.
