Yeah, I downloaded a program that allow me to delete frame and picture. No, It didn't work, but now the password and all is changed, please help me !!!

Hello there,

 

What password is changed? What program have you download? What computer model do you have?

 

You can try to run system restore outside windows, or in windows, to restore the system to a previous date, before the problem started!
