Hello,

 

i have the following problem with my 6710B - Windows 7 Ultimate:

 

i try to install ProtectTools (4.10.10.3), the installation seems ok but when starting the

security manager, i get message "Loading security Providers, please wait" and nothing else ?

 

any idea ?

Hi,

Try to install newer version:

HP ProtectTools Security Manager Suite (ver 4.10.17.1) here
