Question about restore CD-DISK with Windows XP Home

I have Compaq Presario V5000 and I have a license sticker of Windows XP Home  X11-45374 on it. Where can I download the disk.

Hi:

Windows XP and Vista installation disks are not available for download.

You will need to purchase a recovery disk for your notebook if they are still available.

As I understood from the link at the top, my V5000 presario didn'nt have support in Ukraine. In any way I did find the ISO image of the disk what I need. Yearstuday I downloaded it, today will try to install. If the serial from my sticker will be accepted then this is what I need.

Yes it should work as long as it is an OEM ISO file, and is the same version of XP that is installed on your PC (XP Home).

If it is a retail version ISO file, your product key may not work (probably will not work).

Everything is fine, the Windows XP Home installed and my serial was accepted, and activated also. Thanks to everyone!
