Quick Launch vs Tone Control

Hello,

I have upgraded the HDX 16 to Win 7 and for the most part everything went well.....However, it seems that the new Tone Control driver and the Quick Launch Button driver are not compatible.  When I go to adjust the tone, I get two tone bars for each adjustment.  And, they overlap each other.

I have since deleted the Tone Control driver to eliminate the redundancy, however I am wondering if the Tone Control driver was a replacement for the Tone slider bar and it just didn't work well and will I actually need both drivers for something else?

Any thoughts or suggestions?

Thank you

Re: Quick Launch vs Tone Control

Try installing the Windows 7 compatible drivers from the following weblink:

Tone Control:

Quick Launch
ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp45001-45500/sp45058.exe

Re: Quick Launch vs Tone Control

Thank you...I did this and I still was seeing double.  I finally had to uninstall the tone control driver to eliminate the colored tone contol slider that was showing up at the same time as the volume/tone sliders...
