Recovery disc

Dear all,

 

Crated those 3 dvd recovery disc when first use 2yrs ago. Now after I install 3 dvd recovery disc. it show Uiadump32.exe has stopped working,

Do you still have the Recovery partition on your notebook? If yes, you can try to press F11 during boot to restore your computer to factory settings. Else you will need to contact support to obtain a set of recovery dvd's for your notebook.

Believe was Virus at root. Which my own copy of recovery disc(DVD 3 disc) will not work. the ((uiadump32.exe has stopped working)) willpop up. guess have to order from HP to get factory recovery disc.
