Registry File Failure [ Edited ]

I am getting a blue screen with an error: stop: c0000218 {Registry File Failure} The registry cannot load the hive (file):\systemroot\system32\config\default. It is corrupt, absent, or no writeable. What can I do to fix this. I get this error while booting
