Thus everybody got window7 where u qualify buying new hp laptop that has vista64? because arvato hp agent doesn't sent mine

You should look at the very first post listed for information. They don't send it to you automatically, you have to register for your upgrade... and then wait (most of us have NOT received the update yet).
