Windows Explorer has stopped working... Why??

The whole table and logon keeps restarting and stopping with the same bloody message. PLEASE help me!   The laptop isn't restarting, but I can't DO anything!  Someone help!

 

It's been doing this NONSTOP for an hour now. I'm begging, PLEASE help..... It's Vista.
