alignment paper

I just purchased a HP1050  While printing for no appearant reason an alignment test paper is being printed. How do I stop this

Hi,

 

Once the you have printed out the allignment page have you tried scanning the allignment page??? untill this is done th printer will not recognise that the allignment is done!!! it would keep printing the allignment page. If you have not scanned the page. Open the scanner bed place the allignment page on the scanner bed. Press the copy color button on the printer. This should resolve your problem.

Thank you for your information. However I do scan the alignment paper, but periodically it will still print out a alignment paper.
