What type of email are you usind? I mean is it a POP3,Microsoft Exchange,Hotmail...

I found out the problem. My internet provider had blocked my e-mail because they noticed my account some unusual activity. Before I had contacted them I had down loaded Malwarebyte and found I had a trojan ,,,fixed it and now my e-mail is not receiving the spam mai that I had. Problem solved but thank you for responding.
