I need help, my pc, when switched on, the screen is black, claims administrator pass. After trying many times, says the system disabled. I took the hard drive, formatted to solve the problem, but I discovered that it is the machine to get the pass. I tried to use the programs, but found no solution. Still black screen and blue window that asks pass.
My PC is Compaq Presario CQ61-207SL System VISTA

Are you saying that you already reinstalled the OS but it's still asking for a system password? I think you are trying to go to BIOS here.
Can you verify if all you can see on boot up is black and white or are there some colors? Which means it has passed BIOS. ![]()

Sorry I use a translator. I turn on my computer. Black screen, asking pass administrator in a blue window. I can not get into the BIOS, the first prompt for passwords. I removed the hard drive, I put it in another pc and I saved the data, formatted everything. I have not yet installed the operating system. I even put the hard drive in the pc but asks for password. I had the suspicion that he was not a problem hard drive. I put a new hard drive in my computer and always prompt for passwords. The problem is the machine, there is a password and do not know how to disable it. Can not join any party without the password

pull the battery out of the mother board and unplug it for 5 min. plug it in without the bat. it should go crazy and then startup then shut it down unplug replace bat. plug it in and reset your values.
