for the product number either open HP support assistant and see the PN and SN at the bottom of that screen... or you can remove the battery and look under the compartment..

 

when you say keyboard shortcut, which are you refering to?

~I MAYBE working for HP Consumer Notebook Support but any opinion stated are not at anyways connected to those of HP.~
