missing drivers

windows 7 64bit

some drivers is missing.

i have problem with it before then and i took it to an angr who formart and replace the hard disck.

Hi:

Please go to the device manager and click on every device that needs drivers. The will have little yellow ! marks.

Then click on the details tab.  In the Properties drop down list, select  the second item (Hardware ID's).

Post the top string of characters you see in the window.

Those will identify the type and model of the devices needing drivers and I can send you the links to them.

Hi, Arinze:

The device details say it is part of your wireless adapter.  Do you have the Intel Centrino 6250 wireless card?

If so then try the second driver on the list.

If you have another Intel adapter, please let me know what model it is because those hardware ID's normally indicate it is a bluetooth radio.

still cant get it right. the finger print security [sampass] has  not been working after recovery

Sorry that my suggestions didn't work.

Unfortunately, I have no experience troubleshooting finger print security issues as I do not use mine.

I only install the driver so it is not an unknown device in the device manager.

You may want to repost your issue, and perhaps someone else will be able to help out.
