need drivers

Good day. Can you help me with drivers for the following? I downloaded a driver on the compaq website, but when I tried to install, I was told I needed to switch on bluetooth device which I did not understand.

 

  • peripheral Bluetooth device
  • Peripheral Bluetooth device

PC- compaq presarion CQ57-377SI

OS- Windows Ultimate 32-bit
