no software support

I am an enginerring graduate, presently doing Diploma in Industrial automation have purchased a HP Mini 210-2000 Laptop Computer fro Smart Computers, Thalassery on 31-12-2010.  Butr to my surprise, I find that the system does not support the software requirements related to my course.  When I contacted the supplier, with a request to give me a Lap top in replacement, he has refused to replace the same.  You will appreciate the plight of a student, who inspite of spending a huge amount is unable to use the system.  I am therefore to request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful to get a Laptop in replacement of the HP Mini 210-200 ofcourse afer paying the difference in cost.  The details of the sustem purchased by me is furnished below.

Product No. XP559A#ACJ

 

Hope you will help me to get a replacement.
