Hello preacher_Chips
You have to purchase Recovery CD's (if you did not burn them) from www.best2serve.com.
Reason why it happens is becuase the recovery partition is corrupted.

I keep running into this same screen over and over again.I am running the HP Mini 210-1018CL.
I've been using recovery discs that I burned from the system when it was working. The DVDs have recovered the system before with no problem. This time it acts as if it has restored, asking for all three discs and taking nearly an hour each time I run it, only to reboot after clicking "Continue" to give a screen
"Restoration incomplete. The restoration did not complete. Please select one of the following buttons:" The screen is completely blank (no buttons) below that message. It freezes, and I can only switch it off by holding the power switch off for about 10 seconds.
I've tried all "Recovery" options to no avail. It always goes through the motions of asking for all the discs, showing the progression meter up to 100% and saying it has successfully completed. After removing the discs, it proceeds to reboot from the hard drive, and I get a text screen and progress meter saying "Windows is loading files..." then a graphical screen comes up with a command prompt window running X:\windows\system32\cmd.exe - startnet.cmd which prints out the lines:
Please wait....

Setting drive to 0
---> VIADump Version 1.0010 (WPE) Built Sept 26 2007 09:19:45 <---
Setting drive to 0
That line repeats 5 times then the command window closes, and a window opens giving the message "Restoration incomplete" on which there are no buttons.
Like I said, I tried all options to restore Factory reset, System restore, Minimal restore. They all seem to work and progress, asking for Disc #2 and #3. All is well until it boots from the hard drive to finish up.
These restore discs have successfully restored this machine before. There is no other information given, nor any errors in the BIOS logs. The HDD and memory all pass diagnostic tests.
I have also tried the little application which burns a bootable CD. I have run that CD and gotten the "Green Checkmark" screen. This does not fix the problem.
