reinstalling HP Recovery Partition

i deleted the  Recovery Partition and i was wondering if i could reinstall it without deleting all my files

No, the only way to recreate the Recovery partition is booting from your Recovery Disks and restoring back to factory specs(hope u made them before deleting partition). You could use an external ubb hdd to back up your files and do the factory recovery. Using an external backup is good practice in any event...never know when Windows might fail to boot, or your hdd die leading to loss of all your data.
