Try pressing F8 or F10 on bootup -
F8 go to Safe Mode
Open Command Prompt Windowo with Administrative Privileges ( Right click Run As Administrator)
Type SFC /scannow
press enter
Note: There is a space between SFC and /scannow
You'll see the results of the scan when it is finished. If corrupt files could not be repaired, , you're going to need an installation disk to perform a startup repair.
F10 - you may come to a screen that gives you the option to Repair My Computer - select it
You'll lose all of your files but if you can repair it, do so.

- Plug the AC Adapter into the computer.
- Turn off the computer and wait 5 seconds.
- Press the Power button to start the computer and repeatedly press the f10 key to enter the BIOS Setup menu.
- Use the Right Arrow or Left Arrow keys to navigate through the menu selection to locate the Primary Hard Drive Self Test option. Depending on your BIOS, this may be located below either Diagnostics or Tools .
- Select Primary Hard Drive Self Test , and then press the Enterkey to start the test.
NOTE:The exact wording of the option for your particular BIOS may be slightly different.
- If any test fails , contact HP service and support for instructions on how to order a replacement hard drive.
- If all of the tests pass, the hard drive is not damaged. As a rule, HP will not replace a hard drive under warranty that does not fail the HP Hard Drive Self Test.

you can call HP and order the discs. However you might want to run the hard drive tests first. Coz this error can be due to Hard drive going bad. The number to Call is 1-800-474-6836.
