You mentioned using Win10, so am I correct in guessing that you are also using Edge for browsing?

IF so, that could be your problem as Edge is constantly wok-in-progress, and given another six months or so, it might actually be a decent browser.

I quit using Edge some time ago, as I got sick of being a guinea pig for MS's experiment in their metro-izing of Internet Explorer (IE) into a Browser with much less capability.

My suggestion is to try the same using IE, and it that works, consider switching over to use that, instead of Edge.

Good Luck
