Hello HP community,
hope you know what I should do.
I'm getting error from HP Safe Guard after each reboot saying:
"The program can't start because VCRUNTIME140.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this program"
I did that but didn't help.
Any thoughts ?

Hi,
Try reinstalling the vc redistributable on the following link - you should install both the 32bit and 64bit versions.
