My little HP TS10 Notebook came with Windows 8.1 and Office Home & Student 2013. All was great until I went to Windows 10. My PC slowed and finally froze constantly. I reloaded Windows 10 but the problem continued. I then went back to Windows 8.1 but had to reload that several times before my PC would work properly. My PC is working well now with 8.1 - BUT. because I had to reload Office Home & Student 2013 so many times (all on the same PC) I am being told that I have an unlicensed product and therefore my Office 2013 has been deactivated and does not work.
Again, I had to activate this multiple times (only on the same PC) because of problems with Windows 10 (and a few with 8.1). Who in Microsoft can I contact to get this issue resolved?
Thank you!!!

Hi,
You can contact Microsoft support for activation problems. Here is the link for virtual agent, but at any time you can click on the link to get help from actual person online.

Hope it helps,
