Am running an antique HP G60 with good old VISTA (old being the keyword). Wifey getting a new laptop, and giving me her current one . HP PAVILION G7, running Windows 10. What is an easy way for me to save my FAVORITES, EMAIL PROGRAM, GAMES etc., to the newer laptop? As you can see I am not very computer literate.
Thanks

Hi,
Not easy way actually because most of them you have to re-install.
1. Favories: Are you talking about web sites or something else ? If web favorites, which browser are you using ?
2. Email program: Windows 10 has an app called Mail. You can use this app to logon to your existing email account(s) and this should give you Inbox, Send items .... as before (the layout may not be the same).
3. Games: As programs, you have to reinstall. No need to transfer many free games as you can download and re-install. Note: some games may not work under Windows 10.
Regards.
