hp envy m6
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The side of my laptop by the fan area (left side around the hinge) is popping up( like its not screw on properly). This happened before like 1.5 years ago and the had it fix while it is still under warrenty. When i had the laptop back from warrenty, the side of the laptop was better but it was not totally fix. Occasionally, the side was still popping up. Didn't want to take it back to warrenty because it took 2-3 weeks to get it back. Just wondering why is this the case? is it because the materials used for building hp laptops cheap? Honestly, i paid 500 for this thing on black friday in 2014 at best buy. Should cost 700 but got it on sale. Was thinking it might last me a while just for surfing the web.  So, what am i suppose to do now that warrenty is gone? I don't want to spend money to fix it just to have it break again.
