Operating System: Ubuntu LTS

Hey guys,

 

I'm looking for the last BIOS for my dv5 notebook. I already noticed that it depends on if it has an amd or intel processor. The dv5-1110eg has an AMD® Turion(tm) x2 dual-core mobile rm-72 × 2.

 

Should I use the F.38 like in this question: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Software-and-How-To-Questions/Looking-for-the-most-recent-BIO...?

F.38:

 

HP Pavilion dv5-1100 Entertainment Notebook PC series Software and Driver Details

 

The BIOS file was written to be run using Windows Vista.
