Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I want to ask that: Are there any conflicts between Power-on Authentication feature of HP Client Security and Bitlocker for Operating System (Windows 10 Pro, Version 1607) ? It means that: Can I turn on both of them at the same time? Are there any conflicts?
