Product: HP -15 r018dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I need help if possible, my Hp Laptop did not come with the bluetooth drivers.  I see there are 2 separate software downlaods available, is there a certain way that I need to install these, or is it not possible?  Any help is appreciated.

Hi,


Your laptop didn't come with Bluetooth hardware functionality from factory.

Specs: http://support.hp.com/us-en/product/HP-15-Notebook-PC-series/6875200/model/7146395/document/c0426293...

If your notebook has Bluetooth facility, it'll be listed in wireless connectivity section in specs page
