Spectre x360
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I made myself the admin, so I thought that might help. For example, trying to download Google Chrome, it showed it loading but at the end all it said was "unspecified error" and nothing happned. Is there some sort of setting I need to change or what?

Hello;

Allow me to welcome you to the HP forums!

LOTS of folks new to Win10 are reporting this very same problem trying to download stuff using the Edge browser.  It has something to do with the default settings that are designed to prevent malware from getting onto your OPC, but in fact, prevent you from downloading.

Which is one of the reasons many folks do NOT use Edge in Win10, but instead, use Internet Explorer.

If you try that and still have the same problems, try a non-MS Browser like Firefox.

Good Luck
