Product: Compaq nc6400
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

error.PNGerror2.PNGI am using Hp compaq nc6400 netbook pc which is windows 7(32bit) ..I have install hp protectTool security manager from the official website of HP for setup fingerprint sensor. but when i am going to run this app then it show me a error message.. please help help to set up fingerprint in my device..thank you in advance
