Product: Notebook 15-f278nr
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Efficient webcam needed for online course. Instructor says my audio & visual isn't working well enough. Got good ethernet boost today, but webcam still 'shaky', unreliable, unmanageable.

Hi,

 

As on your product specs :

the pc is using a standard VGA webcam, if the cyberlink app isn't giving you what you are looking for, maybe it's time you change the app to either skype or youcam.

try reinstalling the webcam drivers if this doesn't work though,

reply, if it doesn't help.
