okay my HP support assistance is showing me a update for CyberLink Power Media Player 14  -  CyberLink Corp.  -  14.0.2.5829 and it will not install the update and i want this update what can i do to get it

 

i have a window 10 laptop that i just got in april so please help

its ok i found

 

i went to the hp site found my laptop and found the program and reinstalled it now there is no update so it done properly
