It is probably showing affects of age and takes bit to get up to optimum speed when it is started for first time every day and triggers the alert. That would explain it not doing it on subsequent restarts.I would start looking into replacing it.

May simply need cleaning if you haven't done so in awhile. Dust, pet hair, etc can clog fan & vents. Pick up a can of compressed air. Using the tiny straw that come with it blow out all vents, ports and other openings in the case.
If cleaning alone doesn't help it might also help to do a hard reset.
1-remove power cord and battery
2-press power button for 30 seconds
3-reinstall only power cord for first startup.
4-power on

had done a blow out and hard reset, but did it again and waited one day to check if a repeat occurs--same results, 90b
error message once and then not again ---notes: doesn't get hot at all, very hard to hear running- next
