Product: EliteBook 8570p
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

AS title says, I have an unknown device named Base System Device. i have downloaded all the drivers on the HP support site and there doesn't seem to be one there for this Base System Device. Is there anyone on here that may be able to point me in the right direction?

That WORKED! Thank you very much. Kind of odd HP doesnt have this on the support page for this laptop. I was going out of my mind.... lol. Thanks again.

Yes, I don't know why they don't add the driver on the W10 OS selection, and list W10 on there too.

 

There are many instances of that where older drivers work just fine on W10.

 

Heck, I am using  vista drivers on my ancient nc6400 running on W10 that work just fine.
