Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Windows Hello has recently stopped working. I had been using it for almost a year now but when I opened my laptop a few days ago face sign-in wouldn't work, and when I checked the settings it said my device wasn't compatible for Windows Hello. I'm confused because it was working fine up until then.

I already checked with Microsoft Support and they couldn't fix it. They told me my biometrics(?) driver wasn't installed. Did it disappear after an update or something? I tried to fix it myself but the biometrics driver that I need isn't in the device manager list and I don't know how to install one. How can I fix this problem?
