HP ZBook 15u G3 (T7W13EA#BED)
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi!

So I got this from my new ZBook after updatind to Win10 and several tries.

Should I be worried or is this normal and I should disable HP SA and carry on?

Best regards.

From what you said, you did the Win10 Upgrade -- so I would be suspicious of the drivers that MS installed.

If it were mine, I would go to this drivers page and check each of the Win10 drives against what is installed: http://h20566.www2.hp.com/hpsc/swd/public/readIndex?sp4ts.oid=8693772&swLangOid=8&swEnvOid=4192

And, where the installed driver was either older or NOT HP, I would install the HP driver in its place.

Then, I would go into Win10 and disable driver updating: http://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/48277-driver-updates-windows-update-enable-disable-windows-10-a.h...

That way, Win10 can't come along and force the installation of the wrong drivers.

Good Luck

Thanks for your effort, I manually went through drivers and all is well now.

Apart from this and the fact zbook T7W13EA#BED should have firepro and device manager +  amd tool identify my gpu as R7 m340. I guess I'll need to contact the seller for this one.
