Via HP Advisor Dock, using default Bing search yields "An error occurred while processing your request.  Reference #102.e4dc6068.1473348585.21d11d25" 

 

This is the search location in the address bar of IE11:  http://search.live.com/results.aspx?FORM=HPSDMA&q=

 

How do I fix it, please?
